Playing tennis improves strength, speed and agility and can enhance memory and strategic thinking. It's also a fun way to meet new friends and to compete!

At Spark we offer a comprehensive adult progression into the amazing sport of tennis! 

The SPARK Adult Development Program (ADP) is a pathway into the game for new adult tennis players through three progressive levels. Start at L1, continue to L2 and finish at L3.

Level 1 (L1) | Adult Beginner Tennis Academy (ABTA)This level is the entry point at Spark into the game of tennis. If you have never played before or if you played a long time ago, this is the place to start!

Level 2 (L2)This level is for players who are still early on in their tennis careers but have successfully completed Spark's L1 (ABTA). If you feel you are ready for the next step and you are curious about different spins, footwork, point construction, shot placement, and learning basic doubles strategy, then this level is for you.

Level 3 (L3) *Coaches Recommendation RequiredThis is the highest level in our ADP. It is designed for newer adult tennis players who have developed more dependable groundstrokes, volleys and serves. These players are hitting with consistent topspin and potentially other spins and are looking for a more competitive environment. Sessions will include live ball drills as well as coached match play. (*Please check in with your current coach about a recommendation for this level. If you are new to Spark, please contact us to set up a short on court evaluation.) 

L3 is the launching platform for newer adult players into all of our regular Spark tennis programming. When you are ready, we will transition you into Aerobic Doubles, SPARK 105, round robins, and in-house leagues as well as presenting opportunities to play on North Shore & USTA teams.
