SPARK Youth Fitness Sign Ups! 2023-2024
Welcome! Please fill out the form below to register your athlete for our 2023-2024 Spark Fitness program.
IMPORTANT:
- PLEASE FILL OUT ONE FORM PER CHILD.
- Not all questions will apply to every athlete.
- Scroll down until
you find the specific program that applies to your child. If you are unsure, please email brandon@sparkft.com directly with questions and more information about your child. We understand that there may be different circumstances for each athlete and we are ready to help navigate to ensure that you child is successful!
- Each session is 6 weeks! (With the exception of Athlete Performance - 12 Week Program) Your child will be auto enrolled into the next session unless you contact our Youth Coordinator before the end of their session indicating that your athlete will not be continuing!
